Accounts already present?

So I recently purchased the one time SC4 Ultimate and have just been mucking about with it.

I clicked on Manage Account and saw that there were several accounts already there: http://screencast-o-matic.com/screenshots/u/uni/1477591001858-5520.png

Are these just samples or can I delete them?

Also, what is the difference in terms of quality/quantity between the cloud based thesaurus and the one created by the SC team (I can't remember the name)?

Yes, you can delete these accounts, it is just sample.
Quality is the quality of the thesaurus, and Quantity is the number of the thesaurus. You can use the thesaurus created by the users or created by SC team. SC team has professional team to create thesaurus, so the thesaurus is more various and has high-quality.
