Add synonyms bug

By adding one word 'Indien' at the synonym list it's showing double 'IndienIndien' see here;

Language; Dutch

Please fix it Admins because your programs is really helpful.

Found the bug if you use a capital word it makes it duplicate maybe you guys can do something about it?
