Here is how to configure the VPN:

Manually create a VPN connect in your system.
Enter the VPN name you created in "Name".
Enter your VPN service address in "Service Address". You can find this service from your VPN supplier.
Enter the VPN account access details in "User Name" and "Password".
Choose "True" in "Custom" if this VPN is created by your manually.
Choose "AllUsers" in "PhoneBook Type" if the owner of the VPN is System. Choose "User" if its owner not system.
